Color Me Mine

is one of my favorite places and yesterday I went there with one of my favorite people:

Marianne. Yesterday she was in her convent outfit as well. I haven't gotten to see her since March. It has been way to long.  Color me mine is one of our favorite places to go together. I decided on this piece to paint.

I didn't take any pictures of me painting it because it is for someone's birthday and I don't want to spoil the surprise of the end result.

Marianne on the other hand painted this:

Everything that she paints she always puts a smilie face on it somewhere. I thought it was fitting where she put this one. :)

To end the day we got a picture together.

The reason you don't see my hands in the picture is because they were covered with paint and I didn't want to get Marianne dirty. That is wonderful I only had paint on my hands because normally I have it all over my clothes too.

Downtown Plainfield

Last night was a new adventure for us in Downtown Plainfield. We started our adventure at a wine bar and received

free cheese cake. I am not a cheese cake fan but I tried it and I did not like it. I made funny expression on my face and then when I looked up the manager was at our table asking if we liked it. I said "it's nothing against you I am not a cheese cake person." He then asked if I like chocolate and I said yes and then BAMB I got

It tasted like heaven. I normally I am not a big chocolate cake person but oh my gosh I would just go back to that place for that desert.

Then we went to MoJoe's and they were playing music and there were a bunch of cute guys. There was this guy that kept on looking over at my direction.  I did not go up to him because Becca and I were having to much fun in our seats dancing.

was the last place we went to and it was one of my favs because I am a huge Irish Pub kind of girl.

our server was great he gave us all free beers to try and Jenna and I shared this one. 

It was fruity and citrusy flavored. 

I got to talk to this guy because these two are " supposedly dating" and I wanted to get to know him better. I asked him 20 questions. Then we closed the bar and left. 

I would def. go back to downtown Plainfield. 

Chocolate Chip Deliciousness

Yesterday was a fabulous day. I hung out with my friend and we watched this hilarious movie

The best part of the movie were these kids:

The boy in the movie said some of the best lines in the movie such as, " she takes spinning class like people popping m&m's." 

The movie didn't get good reviews but I would give it a 3. It was predictable but funny. 

As we were watching this movie we had this deliciousness

It is chocolate chip cookie dough( safe to eat)

First you heat up a stick of a butter and brown sugar. Then you add vanilla abstract. 

Then you mix sugar and cream cheese together. Add the mixture from the stove and chocolate chips of course and get the end results!

It is so delicious

First full day of Summer

Today was a wonderful great first day of summer.  I woke up and had my all time favorite cereal.

I love this cereal because it gives me fiber and it keeps me fuller for a longer period of time than other cereals.

her apartments pool! I haven't been to a pool in years. It was the perfect thing to do because it was in the 90's today.

Last Full Day of School

Today was the last full day of school. Tomorrow at 12 I am officially done :)

Today was wonderful I got to watch

Toy Story 3 with my K-2 graders all morning. It was perfect.  I love this movie. My favorite part is when

Buzz is in Spanish speaking mode and dances! So funny!   Today flew by.

Tomorrow here I come.

This is Ryan he is the base guitar and back up vocals. He gave a shout out to  us" the couch girls" for sticking around to see them.
