I love learning about healthy ways to eating and on yahoo I found 8 Food that keep you full and 4 that don't. Most of the options I knew already like the eggs, avacado and greek yogart but I always find it helpful to have a little reminder.

I always like learning about staying healthy because I want to live a healther life style and also I want to look good in a bridesmaide dress come July of next year.
