Chillin in Chicago with My Best Friend Joe

At 2:20 Friday I was on a train heading to
to meet up with my best friend

Joe. This is one of my favorite pictures of us. It's from Homecoming 2009.

We started our adventure by going to a favorite spot of his off Belmont. Over the summer we discovered a sushi place randomly as we were walking and we went again this time. This time there was a happy hour where you could buy any sushi for 3 dollars. We took advantage of it and got all this

These sushi rolls were our favorite. The one in the back was spicy and for about 20 minutes my mouth felt like it was on fire. ( the chef told me the " spice" was nothing compared to others).

Pork Dumplings( yum)

The orange stuff was my favorite because it was crunchy

Last but not least these two. By this point I only ate 4 rolls because I was stuffed. Joe was a champ and finished the whole plate.
All 6 things for only 20 bucks! It was the best deal!

Then we were on a mission to find shoe's for joe and we went into the one stop shop, A Marshalls, and DSW Warehouse all in one building.

As we were looking, I found these gorgeous shoes that of course don't come in my size

I wish my feet were bigger so I could wear these.

After we went to another store and then back to his place for
and a sleepover. It was cold and I didn't want to walk to the train at 11 at night.

The next day we went to Macy's and I bought myself
lotion for my face. I have been wanting this since December.
I decided hey lets go to the men's department and look and we found

blue steel face

The shirt isn't orange. What!

After, we went to Urban Outfiters becuase I was looking for earings I spotted two weeks ago and those didn't work out but, I found

 Glittery shoes!!!!!!!
Who wouldn't love those! Joe suggested I make my own glitter shoes.
I might just do that ;)

Then we decided lets get some lunch but before we did this I spotted wig store with a wig all pink. Of course I was drawn to that and Joe and I went in and we discovered

rows and rows. All really nice wigs. I couldn't find the pink haired one.
In Joe's words they were kinda creepy. It was an odd shop.

We got Chipotle and I booked it to the train.

The End

How are you enjoying your Easter Holiday?
