Food That Keep You Full

I love learning about healthy ways to eating and on yahoo I found 8 Food that keep you full and 4 that don't. Most of the options I knew already like the eggs, avacado and greek yogart but I always find it helpful to have a little reminder.

  1. Have you tried flax seed yet? Add it to your oatmeal and you will stay fuller longer. It's the only grain with natural Omega III fats.
