Today I found another great find on yahoo. This time it was exercise for your abs. I love learning new ab exercise because I want to strengthen my core and fit better into my brides maids dress.

I love learning about healthy ways to eating and on yahoo I found 8 Food that keep you full and 4 that don't. Most of the options I knew already like the eggs, avacado and greek yogart but I always find it helpful to have a little reminder.

Health Tips for the fall

I always like learning about staying healthy because I want to live a healther life style and also I want to look good in a bridesmaide dress come July of next year.

Anyway, as I was looking over news on Yahoo I came about Dr. Oz top weight loss mistakes and how to avoid them. 

They are common sense things to follow but I found some of them harder to follow than others.

because she is the live version of these two movies. I feel it is very special because not many people can say they know a nun or aka a nun to be. She isn't one yet. Soon I can call her " Sister" Marianne. Who wouldn't want to know this amazing person!

I liked the advice they gave because I find it to be true. I hope this is helpful for all those people that are in the dating game like me. :)

I watched this movie and I don't hate it, I don't like it. I don't know what to think. The best part about this movie was the sound tracks from the 80's. It was all the songs I grew up listening too. It was fabulous singing along.

Labor Day weekend

Over the Labor Day weekend I headed to

to see family. My

Aunt Judy was having a pool party last Saturday and we were celebrating this guy

Uncle Herb being back in town. He and my Aunt Chris live in Utah and haven't been back to St. Louis in 10 years. My Uncle herb is my mom's brother.

Throughout the day I was trying to take pictures with all of my mom's siblings. I ended up missing two out of the 8 that were there. So I got these shots instead

Now trying to capture my cousins that were there that was another tricky thing.

This is my cousin Jake that's 19  and of course taller than me. This is one of his brothers with his wife

My cousin Joey and Angie. Joey just turned 30 and has 3 adorable kids.

Then there is another set of brothers: Ryan with the sunglasses and Pauly. 

I officially have 18 first cousins. They weren't all present at the pool party. I have 12 Second cousins. So when this family gets together it's crazy fun.

This lovely couple Aunt Linda and Jim who will be getting married at the end of September. Can't wait to go back to celebrate. 

Of course with any of our family gatherings, this family knows how to eat and have a good time

My uncle Herb made the tenderloin on the stick( he is a professional chef) and the rest of the family brought different dishes. That spaghetti pasta is something our grandma use to make us. It's a family recipe. Its my cousin, Joey, Ryan's and my favorite dish. 

Advice: Why Guys Don't Call

I was roaming though yahoo and I found this website on match.com on advice for why guys don't call. The hidden message is " he's just not that into you."  DUH!!!
