You need black beans( mexican style: one can)
corn( one can corn- whole kettle)
red onion( you make the decision on how much)
cumin( put as much as you feel will give it a nice flavor)
cilantro( I chop enough that when I mix it you can see it everywhere. You want to cut off the stems and cut them in small pieces)
For the past 2 days that is what I have eaten for lunch and dinner. I love it.
